BUSINESS / OPERATIONS / TECHNOLOGY
I solve problems
from the inside out.
A career spanning business analysis, operations, hardware, manufacturing, project management, and sales — with a focus on making complicated things work better.
THE THROUGH-LINE
Technical enough to understand it. Practical enough to improve it.
My career has moved from music retail to manufacturing and repair, into hardware production and project management, and ultimately business analysis. That unusual path gives me a useful perspective: I tend to look at both the system and the person using it.
